Service Agreement – Prime Detail Co

Effective Date: December 30, 2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Prime Detail Co (“Provider,” “we,” “our”) and the customer (“Client,” “you”) for mobile detailing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

Prime Detail Co provides mobile detailing services, including but not limited to:

Exterior washing and waxing

Interior detailing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and sanitation

Odor removal and stain treatment

Specialized packages (Gold, Silver, or custom requests)

Services are performed at the location specified by the Client at the time of booking.

Appointment Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability.

Appointment confirmations are sent via phone, text, or email.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due after completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit card, or other arrangements confirmed at booking.

Prices for services will be provided before work begins. Additional services may incur extra charges, which will be approved by the Client before proceeding.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location.

Remove personal items or valuables from the vehicle. Prime Detail Co is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

Inform us of any pre-existing damage, fragile items, or special care instructions.

Service Limitations

Prime Detail Co will exercise care in performing detailing services.

Some stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable due to age, material condition, or prior neglect.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by factors outside our control.

Liability

By booking our services, the Client agrees to release Prime Detail Co from liability for any incidental or indirect damage, except in cases of gross negligence. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Detail Co from any claims arising from the use of services.

Use of Eco-Friendly Products

All cleaning products used are eco-friendly and non-toxic, safe for the Client, passengers, and pets. While we take care to protect surfaces, Prime Detail Co is not liable for adverse reactions if products are used outside recommended services.

Service Satisfaction

We strive for 100% satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Agreement Acceptance

By booking or using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
